2. Hosting and server log files
This site is hosted as a static website via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr. St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the page is accessed, technically necessary data is processed to deliver the site and secure its operation: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest). GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The domain and e-mail mailboxes are provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
3. Contact and first-conversation form
When you contact us via the first-conversation form or by e-mail, we process the transmitted data (e-mail address, optional website, request, note) solely to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR).
The form transmits your details to our e-mail mailbox via the form service Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Web3Forms forwards the content and does not store it permanently. Alternatively, you can always reach us directly by e-mail – in that case no service provider is involved.
We do not pass your data on to third parties. Once your enquiry is closed and no statutory retention obligations stand against it, we delete the data.
4. Fonts (Google Fonts)
This site loads fonts ("Cormorant Garamond" and "Inter") from Google Fonts. When the page is accessed, a connection is established to servers of Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), in the course of which your IP address is transmitted. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent, fast presentation (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Self-hosting of the fonts is planned for a later version.
5. Web analytics (GoatCounter)
To understand how many visitors view which pages and where they come from, we use the privacy-friendly counting service GoatCounter (goatcounter.com). GoatCounter sets no cookies, creates no personal profiles and does not store full IP addresses – only aggregated figures are recorded (page viewed, referring site, country, device type). Legal basis is our legitimate interest in reach-related analysis of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
6. External links
This site links to external websites (e.g. Agentur für Zukunftsgestaltung, Co-Creators Circle, UBIE). We have no influence on their privacy practices; please inform yourself directly there.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). A short e-mail to info@impact-up.org is sufficient.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for Hamburg, this is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

This notice applies as of July 2026. If anything changes about the website or the services in use, we update it accordingly.
